 Fabrizio Freda is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Estée Lauder Companies, the global leader in prestige beauty. He joined the Company in March 2008 as President and Chief Operating Officer. Since assuming the CEO position in July 2009, Mr. Freda has been responsible for the Company’s overall vision, strategy, financial objectives and investment priorities. Mr. Freda is also a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Freda will present on ELC’s exceptional reverse mentoring programme and discuss how ELC focuses on the high value of individuality, diverse points of view, skillsets and talents promote their mantra of “Leadership from every chair.” Mr. Freda will discuss the ELC strategy including prioritizing resources to the most promising opportunities, making further investments in consumer knowledge, driving innovation and creativity through products and services, and expanding the Company’s distribution and geographic penetration.

The first 100 guests will receive one The Estée Lauder Companies-branded giveaway each, and a ticket to enter the raffle for four large door prizes valued at $500, two with female products and two with male products. The winner of the raffle will be drawn on stage.

Recruiters from The Estée Lauder Companies will be available on site to discuss career opportunities at the firm from 5:30pm onwards. In addition, branded instagrammable exhibits will open at 4:00pm and run until 8:00pm in the enclave next to Lohrfink Auditorium.
