Leonsis Family Entrepreneurship Prize
“Bark Tank” 
Pitch Competition

This event is open to the public. Registration is required for event attendance.


Students will pitch their business ventures in front of a live audience and a panel of judges to win a share of the Leonsis Family Entrepreneurship Prize.

This year, $100,000 is on the line.

COVID Can I Do It?: Gayatri Sanku (G’22)
CCIDI is a digital, mobile-friendly tool that aims to help anyone, anywhere assess their risks for COVID-19 transmission and be empowered to make informed choices to prevent further spread.
Flolango: Izuo-Ere Digifa (Pivot’20)
Flolango empowers people through poetry and great quality makeup.
Kits to Heart: Sonia Su (G’20)
Kits to Heart is a nonprofit that gives curated cancer care kits to bring smiles, alleviate stress, and provide psychosocial support for a better treatment process.
KnoNap: Danya Sherman (MBA’21)
KnoNap is a cocktail napkin that is capable of testing for specific rape-drug presence. KnoNap is the napkin that knows.
Parrotfish, LLC: Katie Pearson Fucci (SCS’20)
Parrotfish makes your sustainable swap one of beauty and ease with our refillable plastic-free, palm-free, personal care products—currently selling shampoo and conditioner bars, shower steamers, soaps, scrubs and lotion bars.
Project Olas: Rebecca Cox (F’23)
Project Olas employs moms in the Guatemala City Garbage Dump community as online Spanish tutors, boosting speaking and listening skills for Spanish students around the world and giving moms an opportunity to earn in 1 hour what they would typically earn in an entire day of work in the dump.
The Bar: Betel Teka (B’20)
Made by womxn, for womxn: nutrient-dense and plant-based whole ingredients blend together to create a one-of-a-kind supplemental health bar featuring a buy one, give one model to support disadvantaged girls in Ethiopia.
