His role involves managing all things customer success, including running hands-on training sessions, ensuring that customers are getting the most out of Gild solutions, and working with the development team to transform customer feedback into better products. Brad came to Gild in 2012 from Salesforce.com, where he served as the Vice President of Corporate Recruiting. At Salesforce, Brad focused on global recruitment for one of the world's fastest growing companies in the heart of Silicon Valley. His role included hiring for all corporate functions, including technology, marketing, G&A, and campus programs. In addition, Brad was responsible for the evolution of recruitment branding strategies and transforming Salesforce recruiting into a social enterprise using the latest social and mobile technologies. Prior to joining Salesforce, Brad spent 7 years as Corporate Vice President of Talent and Employee Engagement for Caesar’s Entertainment. In this role, he focused on talent acquisition, including executive recruitment, corporate and property hiring and all campus programs.
