Tom DeRosa is CEO of Welltower Inc., the largest healthcare REIT in the United States and one of the 10 largest REITs globally by market capitalization. Under his leadership, Welltower has grown into the global leader in health care real estate with a broad, diversified portfolio across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Together with its operating partners, the company is connecting health care delivery providers and properties to create more healthful environments for an aging population and to drive efficiencies in health care delivery. Since DeRosa assumed his current position in 2014, Welltower’s enterprise value has grown to over $40 billion. He has served as a director of the company since 2004.

DeRosa is a graduate of Georgetown's McDonough School of Business and four of his children have attended Georgetown University.
